The ToQGers stop at a station in Zawame City, where there is no Shadow Line activity. However, they come across Kamen Rider Gaim and are brought into a fight with the Underground Empire known as Badan. After the Armor Heroes united to seal up the Dark Forces Monsters, the city regained its peace and happiness. Since Monster Ten was not successfully sealed up, Mei Zhen found Zi Yang, hoping that when danger and difficulty arises, Zi Yang would be able to seal up this last monster and would completely eradicate the forces of darkness on earth. The film is roughly divided into two portions; in the first, the main character speaks directly to the audience and introduces several pilots for the movie, which are played in their entirety. These include The Mighty Lady—an 8-milimeter student film produced in 1983—and two 1984 films simply titled Mighty Lady. This is followed by the film's main body, an original story in which Mighty Lady attempts to live life as a schoolgirl, then fights a giant robot.
