A special film by Popo Fan this is a crowd favorite. Set in a special part of Chinese enclave of bright citizens. The uniqueness of this story is its regional slice of like look at the world from the perspective of it's beautiful inhabitants including one transgender woman who is about to change this community's perception of its people.
